Walking Tours
One of the best ways to see London is to walk it. The atmosphere of an area comes alive when you get the opportunity to see it close up. Choose from one of the options below, or let Justin create something tailor made for you.
Westminster - Power, Pomp and Politics
The City of Westminster is the home of our Royal Family, our seat of government and site of many a key ceremony during the year. Justin will show you Parliament Square - the seat of British Democracy, before leading you up Whitehall - home of the British government. London's central gathering point for celebrations and demonstrations - Trafalgar Square - awaits you at the top. From there its down the Mall, to see the Changing of the Guard - a wonderful introduction to British tradition and pageantry.
The City - From the Romans to Rogers
The City of London is the oldest part of London. This tour will involve a walk through time - from the arrival of the Romans in 47AD, right up to the sumptuous new buildings going up now by leading British architects like Norman Foster and Richard Rogers. On the way, we will see how important landmarks have been shaped by history - whether it be the Norman invasion, the Fire of London or the Blitz. The walk starts on the traditional edge of the 'square mile' - the Roman wall, and ends right in the heart of the city.
Jack the Ripper
Come and discover all the facts of the greatest unsolved murder mystery of all time. In the Autumn of 1888, Jack the Ripper stalked the streets of the Whitechapel, Spitafields and the City, targeting the most vunerable of women. We follow the steps of this most notorious of twisted individuals and look at the various suspects and conspiracies.
